Step-by-Step Installation InstructionsBecause the Zeus Omega eliminates the traditional 12-wire regulator harness, the physical installation is incredibly fast and relies primarily on click-and-plug connections.Mount the AZADM Module: Bolt or securely zip-tie the AZADM module directly at or immediately adjacent to the alternator.Wire the Alternator Connections: Plug the pre-terminated local leads from the AZADM into your alternator's Field terminal, Stator/Tach terminal, and Ground.Mount the Non-Contact Shunt: Snap the Hall-effect current sensor over the main alternator output cable. There is no need to cut, strip, or splice the high-amperage battery wire.Connect the Temperature Sensor: Attach the local thermistor ring terminal to the alternator casing or ground stud to capture real-time temperature data.Route the Communication Cable: Plug the included 16ft (5M) pre-terminated CAN data cable into the AZADM, routing it out of the engine bay back to the AZCM Control Module located near your battery bank.Configure via the App: Turn the system on, open the ARCO Zeus App via Bluetooth, select your alternator orientation (P-type or N-type), and input your battery chemistry library values.
