Refund policy

We will work with you for any issues you have.

Shipping Damage: Any products damaged in shipping we will work with you and the carrier for reimbursement.

Manufacturer Defects: We will work with the manufacturer to replace products that have defects out of the box.

New in Box: Most product that is new in box can be returned for a full refund 30 days after purchase. Product must be in brand new re-sellable condition. Original packaging, never used or installed. Customer must pay shipping and provide shipping box to carrier. Refund will be for item value only and not include original shipping charges.

Hazmat: No hazmat product may be returned. Including Lithium batteries and water makers. All sales are final on these items.
